Two weeks ago, one diner said: “The food was absolutely delicious and the warm and welcoming team made it even more so. Jane the manager was attentive and happy to help with whatever we needed. Thoroughly reccomended!”
Another commented: “Best advise I can give is to arrive on an empty stomach. This is very much as “you get what you pay for” pub when it comes to portions, the food was delicious and our server Linda was friendly and welcoming.

“We were made to feel really welcome and I wasn’t made to feel that my wheelchair was a problem, even though I transferred to a chair and left it heating by the fire!

“For all the sports fans out there, our TV screens are showing the Rugby World Cup matches, meaning you can get all the front row action whilst enjoying a refreshing gin & tonic or pint of beer in our historic pub!”
