Sandhurst's Coworking Hubs for Military Spouses has been shortlisted for a national award.

The Great British Wellbeing Awards recognise and champion the 'incredible steps taken by many employers, service providers and individuals in response to our global wellbeing crisis'.

Named as a finalist in the 2023 'Best Support for Remote Workers' category, the Military Coworking Network (MCN) will find out during the national final in March if they have won.

Funded by the Armed Forces Covenant Trust, the coworking spaces cater exclusively for military spouses and partners, whilst also caring for the users’ wellbeing.

Having operated since 2017, the MCN was designed and built by a group of spouses who recognised that to successfully maintain their professional identity alongside life in the military community, they needed to take matters into their own hands.

The award has recognised the work the Trust do to support the professional aspirations of military spouses and partners.

Located in the Vigor Building in the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, the hub has space for nine people and includes Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities and parking.
