‘Gastro delights’ are among the many exciting offerings promised at Bracknell’s open air Christmas market now open in the town.
Having been officially opened on Friday (November 18) by the borough’s mayor, Cllr Ankur Shiv Bhandari, visitors can head over to The Lexicon’s Christmas market every day until Christmas Eve.
Cllr Bhandari said he was “delighted” to unveil this year’s market, which can be found in the Town Centre’s Union Square, by Boots and Primark.

He added: “I am so pleased that the Christmas Market is back at The Lexicon. I would encourage residents to come and enjoy the festive treats. Now more than ever we need to support our local town centre.”
The Mayor was joined by the Executive Member for Development and Regeneration, Cllr Marc Brunel-Walker, the council’s chief executive, Susan Halliwell, and Deputy General Manager at The Lexicon, Gavin Vidler.
Visitors can experience a host of culinary treats from around the world, including traditional German bratwurst, spiced warm mulled wine, Yorkshire pudding wraps, artisan cheese and a variety of desserts.
