Plans to build two five-bedroom homes on green belt land in a rural Bracknell village have been submitted for approval.
The applicant is looking to make a change to the access point and put up two self-build detached houses on vacant land in Winkfield.
The three-hectare North Street site lies between existing residential properties, with Chilston Mews and Chilston Lodge to the south and Polo Cottage to the north.

Bracknell Forest’s Local Plan proposals map identifies the site as situated within the green belt, and within an area deemed a ‘High Risk’ of surface water flooding, according to the Environment Agency flood map for planning.
Proposals outline the removal of the existing brick walls at the vehicle access and the installation of a new set of gates further into the site serving Chilston Mews and Chilston Lodge.
They also detail plans for associated parking spaces, cycle stores, and garden areas.
