Cala Homes state 33 of the homes (35 per cent) will be affordable, with 23 of these being affordable rent and the remaining 10 being shared ownership.
Plans submitted also contain details of how the homes will look as well as landscaping and parking provision.
The application is for Phase 5B of the wider Buckler’s Park development, that will contain approximately 1000 new homes once completed.
