Brendan Matthew and Rob Gerrard scored in a topsy-turvy 2-2 draw with Wiltshire-based Corsham before a thrilling 5-4 win in spot-kicks.
More than 200 supporters travelled to back their side, with the club no doubt being backed in their thousands next month.
It will be a Berks-Bucks final under the famous arch as the Yellamen prepare to face Newport Pagnell Town on May 21.
