A suspended Conservative Party candidate shared a photograph of Bill Gates with a noose around his neck and retweeted racial slurs, we can reveal.
Andrew McBride, who was selected by the Conservative Party to stand in Bracknell Town Council’s upcoming elections, also shared posts about Rishi Sunak and Matt Hancock.
As previously reported, the Conservative Party candidate, who has now been suspended from the party, was revealed to be the former deputy leader of Britain First and stood for the British Nationalist Party in 2008.
Questions are being asked about how Mr McBride was selected by the Conservative Party in the first place with one Bracknell Tory councillor saying he was “angry and appalled”.

Now the Local Democracy Service can reveal the verified Twitter account belonging to Mr McBride has shared a series of tweets about the Conservative Party. He posted one of the Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on a motorbike with several children outside 10 Downing Street with the caption: “Sunak’s been shopping”.
In another, the election hopeful retweeted a fellow Twitter users post blasting an incident where six police officers entered The White Hart in Grays, Essex to remove golliw** dolls used as decorations in the pub.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, April 4 and has attracted nationwide attention.
Another picture he shared rips into Michelle Obama, the former First Lady of the United States of America and Rachel Levine, the US assistant director of health and a Jewish transgender woman.
The tweet is captioned: “Roses are red and violets are blue: this is a man [Rachel Levine] and this is one too [Michelle Obama].”
The political parties Mr McBride has been a member of, The BNP and Britain First, have both faced accusations of anti-Semitism.
While Britain First made overtures to the Jewish community, but these were rebuffed by the Jewish organisation Community Security Trust, which urged Jews not to become involved with Britain First, arguing the party’s tactics were more about opposing Islam rather than supporting Jews.
Mr McBride also shared an explicit ‘joke’ tweet about a female corpse.
The tweets were found when the Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS) saw that Paul Golding, the leader of Britain First, had shared the LDRS’ article about Mr McBride’s local election candidacy.
While Mr McBride has since been suspended from the Conservative party it is understood he will still appear on the ballot as a Conservative.
If elected he will be denied the Conservative whip on the town council.

Mr McBride’s candidacy was spotted by Doctor Roy Bailey, the chairman of the Bracknell Labour Party and Labour candidate for the Town Centre and The Parks ward on Bracknell Forest Council and the town council.
Dr Bailey called for an apology, and for James Sunderland, the Conservative MP for Bracknell to condemn Mr McBrides selection.
For his part, Mr Sunderland said: “I have been made aware of allegations in respect of Andrew McBride, the ex-Conservative candidate for Bracknell Town Council.
“I did not know Mr McBride well and was not personally involved in the selection process for any of our prospective councillors.
“Extremism has no place in the Conservative Party so I am pleased that Bracknell Conservative Association has moved swiftly to deal with it.
“Mr McBride has now been suspended, pending an investigation, and is unlikely to have the Whip restored in the event that he is elected.
“The local Conservative offer for Bracknell is exceptional, we have the most diverse group of local candidates ever and our election campaign will continue to proudly focus on the positives.”
Gerry Barber, the chairman of the Bracknell Conservative Association said: “As I have said in my statement Mr McBride has been suspended from the Conservative Party and no longer has involvement in the Party.”
The LDRS has reached out to Mr McBride on Twitter.
