AN Italian restaurant in Bracknell will be closing as Prezzo closes a third of its UK resturants.

46 restaurants face closure after being hit hard by increasing costs and changes to customer habits.

The Italian restaurant chain said the closures, which will affect 810 workers, come after utility costs raised by more than double.

It said the shake-up will impact the sites where footfall is still below pre-pandemic levels.
