MOTORISTS across Berkshire are facing major delays as heavy traffic builds up on the first day of Royal Ascot (June 20).
AA Live traffic news is reporting "severe delays" around Ascot Racecourse as Royal Ascot begins today.
The live traffic service is reporting an average speed of 5mph.
Reading Buses has announced its service to Windsor is facing delays of up to an hour due to the heavy traffic.
