A MAN has been jailed after robbing two teenagers in an underpass in Bracknell.
Lewis Dearlove, aged 24, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to one count of robbery at Reading Crown Court on Tuesday, July 11.
He was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment.
At around 2pm on February 6 last year, Dearlove robbed two teenagers of their bag in the underpass on Station Way.
The victims suffered minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment.
Designated Investigator Victoria Burgess of Bracknell and Wokingham CID, said: “I am pleased to see that this conviction has resulted in a prison sentence for Dearlove.
“This sentence shows that the actions taken by Dearlove will not be tolerated.
“Thames Valley Police works tirelessly to ensure that offenders are brought to justice and will continue to do so.”
