Changes to a massive plan for more than 300 homes in Bracknell have been submitted.
The Bracknell Beeches development will see more than 300 homes being built within seven blocks following the demolition of the existing offices in Old Bracknell Lane West.
Now, developers Weston Homes want to make changes to the compositions of the building and parking.

Elsewhere, the occupant of a house dating back to the 16th century in Wokingham has applied to make changes as well.

Changes planned for massive Bracknell Beeches redevelopment (23/00438/FUL)
Weston Homes has made changes to its plans for the Bracknell Beeches site which were approved in July 2022.
The developer has opted against basement parking for blocks A, B and C, and now want to move the access ramp to these blocks resulting in the loss of one apartment and office unit.
The latest plan would see additional parking provided for blocks F and G, resulting in the loss of six apartments.
Meanwhile, changes to designs would accommodate seven additional flats in block D. These reconfigurations mean there are no changes to the amount of homes that are provided, which remains at 349.
Finally, additional staircases have been added to designs for blocks D, E and F to meet new fire regulations.
New branding plan for huge Bracknell offices (23/00357/A)
A plan has been submitted to replace the branding at the huge Avis Budget House building in Bracknell.
The three-storey offices are occupied by Avis Budget, a car rental company.
This submitted plan would replace the Avis logo with branding from The Grid office company.
Avis appears to be scaling down operations, with website Employer News reporting that Avis will occupy the first and second floors, with a possible new occupant taking over the ground floor.
Changes to historic Wokingham house used by accountants (Wokingham app 231700)
Accountants firm Milward May & Co have applied to make changes to 55 Peach Street, a historic house dating back to the 16th century.
Adjustments to the house were made in the mid 20th century, with the building now being divided up for office use.
Milward May & Co will be occupying the building, and have applied to make changes which involve installing branding, making an enclosure to rear shared entrance with a aluminium framed glass doors, and making changes indoors and outdoors to facilitate the installation of air conditioning.
Demolition of buildings to clear way for solar panels in Barkham (Wokingham app 231552)
The owner of Doles Farm in Barkham has applied to demolish outbuildings on the farm so that 14 solar panels can be installed on the land.
Plans show that two buildings would be demolished to make way for the panels.
These buildings are temporary structures, with one outbuilding being retained on the land according to the plan.
