A TEENAGER has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was ‘stabbed’ in the face with a machete in Bracknell.
A 19-year-old man from Bracknell was arrested yesterday (August 14) on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and attempted murder. He remains in police custody.
He was the second arrest made in relation to this incident which occurred at approximately 1.20pm on Wednesday (August 9) at a bus shelter outside Radius Court, London Road.

The victim, a man aged in his thirties, was attacked by a man with a machete and sustained a stab wound to his face. He remains in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A 42-year-old man from Bracknell, was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm on Thursday (August 10), and has been released on police bail.
Detective Inspector Stuart Streeter said: “We have now made a second arrest in relation to this investigation.
“I would like to reassure the community that we believe offenders and victim were known to each other and as such, this was an isolated incident.”
