An unauthorised traveler encampment has been moved on after pitching in South Hill Park.
Several caravans were spotted by an eagle-eyed member of the public in a space of land within one of Bracknell's most famous green spaces in the shadow of the well-known arts centre.
Following their discovery, both South Hill Park and the council worked to recover the site.
Stephen Chown, head of natural estates – parks and countryside, said: “The council worked to recover the public open space on Thursday, 14 September, following an unauthorised encampment at South Hill Park. The encampment is no longer on site.”
