Residents are being invited to an open day hosted by community learning groups.
The day, centred around the theme of wellness is aimed at Bracknell locals.
Run by Bracknell Forest Adult and Community Learning, the open day is set to take place on Saturday, September 30 from 10am to 3pm at Bracknell Open Learning Centre, Rectory Lane, Easthampstead.
A spokesperson from Bracknell Forest Council said: "It is a day for all the family with lots of fun free activities and the chance to meet some of the tutors.
"There will be taster sessions in calligraphy and watercolour painting, journalling and mindfulness, as well as tutors from our language café and job club too.
"Invited guests from the National Careers Service, Everyone Health, Everyone Active and The Office Massage Company will be there too offering mini health checks and health tips, plus the opportunity to try some free Tai Chi and chair yoga workshops.
"Bracknell’s stop smoking service will also be in attendance offering help and advice."
