A 64-year-old man has been charged with nine counts of indecent assault during his time as a doctor at Ralphs Ride Surgery in Bracknell.
Dr Stephen Cox, 64, of Stockton Mill, Marton, Shropshire appeared at Reading Magistrates Court on August 19 where he pled not guilty to the charges.
These relate to a number of alleged incidents at the Ralphs Ride Surgery in Bracknell involving a woman over the age of 16 between 1988 and 1990.
This surgery is now known as the Waterfield Practice.
There was also an further alleged incident at another address within the town.
Following the Magistrates hearing on Wednesday, September 20, Cox will attend a trial at Reading Crown Court, starting on September 9, 2024.
