The young girl aged 14, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has accused Tibbles of ‘kissing and biting’ her breasts as well as penetrating her with his fingers – despite her pleas for him to stop as she was ‘in pain’ and ‘uncomfortable’.
Tibbles denies the offences and denies knowing the age of the girl at the time.
In court on Wednesday (September 27), the jury were played a recorded police interview where the girl told officers her account of what happened.
She said she had met Tibbles on a bench to return his phone charger before the pair went into a corner shop to buy four bottles of Magnum, a Jamaican wine.
It is alleged that Tibbles then led her down an alleyway to a small patch of grass, claiming there ‘were no cameras’ there.
While seated on the grass, the girl asked Tibbles for a cigarette. He alleged replied that he would, only if she kissed him.

Speaking to police, the girl said: “I said, ‘Are you p****** about, are you being serious? I gave him a kiss, I was maybe 10 seconds or more. He ended up not giving me a cigarette.
“He had his head down…after a while, he sat up and started kissing me again and I went along with it, I wasn’t against it at first, it was only kissing.
“It then got aggressive, he got more grabby. He started touching my neck, my breasts, my bum, and got heavy-handed.
“I did eventually say, ‘Be careful I don’t like you touching me, I’m not comfortable, can you relax, please? I don’t want to do this.’
“He said, ‘No, you’re really nice I like the way you feel’.”
The girl alleges that Tibbles put his hand under her leggings and continued to be aggressive with her.
“I told him to stop,” she said. “I said, ‘You’re hurting me’ but he started biting my breasts. He grabbed my face, my throat, my jaw.”
