A MAN has been fined after being caught driving while using a mobile phone.
Nicholas Connor, of Nightingale Gardens, Sandhurst, was caught on November 14 last year driving in York Way, Sandhurst while using a mobile phone.
The 63-year-old was also caught driving without third-party insurance.

At Guildford Magistrates Court on October 13, he pleaded guilty and was fined £40 for both offences.
Connor was also ordered to pay court costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £16. His driving record was also endorsed with six penalty points.
The total amount he needs to pay is £166 by November 11.
