Storm Ciaran has begun to rip through different areas of the South and has cast concerns over whether schools will close this week.
The heavy wind and rain predicted is scheduled to affect train lines, and commuters have been told to avoid travel wherever necessary.
The News contacted Bracknell Forest Council about the possibility of school closures over Storm Ciaran and was told that no closures are planned.
The weather warning has come into force as of 6 pm on Wednesday, November 1 and remains until midnight tonight (November 2).
The Met Office said more wet weather could bring disruption to the region.
Effects of the storm over the next two days may be:
- Delays or cancellations to train and bus services are possible
- Homes and businesses could be flooded, causing damage to some buildings
- Some communities may be cut off by flooded roads
- Fast flowing or deep floodwater is possible, causing a danger to life
