Hundreds of Wokingham residents braved the cold last weekend for the 2023 torch parade and fireworks.
On November 4, a torch procession headed off from Wokingham Town Hall where it travelled to Cantley Field, led by St Sebastian Band.
At Cantley Field, the celebrations continued with a pyrotechnic firework display choreographed to music, including a fairground with food and drink outlets.
This event was held in collaboration with Wokingham Fireworks and Wokingham Lions Club.
St Sebastian Wokingham Band said: "Thanks to Wokingham Fireworks and Wokingham Lions Club for having us along again this year. It is always amazing seeing all the torch lights and playing for all the people going into Cantley House Park!"
The Mayor also attended alongside other officials to open the event and join in the procession.
Chair of the Wokingham Fireworks Charity, David Gold, said: “Despite inflation the tickets remain very reasonably priced.
"Thanks to the people of Wokingham’s support for this community event, all the money raised is donated to local charities and deserving causes.”
Charities being supported this year include First Days Children’s Charity, Wokingham In Need, Daisy’s Dream, Sue Ryder and Life Education Wessex & Thames Valley.
