Former I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here and Premier League football star Jimmy Bullard has revealed that he is banned from Sunningdale Golf Club for drunken antics.
Bullard played for the likes of Wigan Athletic, Fulham and Hull City in the top flight, as well as endearing himself to the nation in the 14th series of the popular ITV reality programme, which returned to screens last night.
Interviewed by snooker legend Stephen Hendry on his Cue Tips YouTube channel, the former midfielder spoke of his drunken antics at the prestigious Berkshire golf course, where it costs £92,000 to become a full member.
"I’m not allowed to go again,' he told the seven-time World Champion on the latest episode of his series with celebrities. "I had a few drinks and I got carried away. I put a Peroni off the first tee and clipped a ball off it.
"It’s obviously not the thing to do so I apologise. If there are any Sunningdale members watching, I do apologise. I really want to come back."
Formerly a host on the popular Sky Sports programme Soccer AM, the 45-year-old has his own golf-related YouTube channel.
