Bracknell Forest Council is calling for people to complete their sport and leisure survey.
The information gathered from the survey will go towards shaping the next 10 years sports and leisure strategy plan.
The plan will set out the Council’s priorities to improve leisure, sports and physical activity participation while reducing inequalities in activity levels across the area.
Residents are being invited to share how active they are, how important physical activity is to them, which activities people take part in, and their reasons for taking part in activities.
They are also asking for details of any barriers that prevent them from being active.
The council has mentioned that once the form is completed, participants will be entered into a prize draw to win a free family swim at Coral Reef or a round of four-ball at Downshire Golf Complex.
