A mysterious yellow box has turned up on the side of a road in Bracknell, and many are questioning what it may be used for.
On a Facebook post sighting the bizarre object, users took to the comment section to debate what the yellow box is for.
One person suggested it was a “speed camera for hedgehogs,” a fair suggestion given its bright colour and it being so low to the ground.
Another user suggested that it could be “a gazebo for woodland creatures” and then joked that “Adam and the Ants are in concert.” Another also agreed that it was “a pavilion for very small ravers.”
A further user stated that it may be a speed “trap” for electric scooters, which are now illegal in the UK. Read more here.
“It’s a minion grace” another suggested, resulting in many hilarious reactions. One user also said “It’s the top of a yellow submarine.”
The more sensible people put forward that the box is actually a cover for a power point where a 5G tower will be installed. Multiple commenters agreed with this hypothesis.
The council has been contacted to comment on what the mysterious yellow box is but has yet to respond. We will update the article once we know more.
