Thames Valley Police are seeking witnesses following the theft of a parked red Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce in Siskin Gate.
The car, taken in a keyless theft, was reported as locked and secure at the time, with the owner still in possession of the keys.
Thieves managed to gain entry and steal the vehicle between 1 and 1.10am on Thursday, December 7.
The public is urged to offer any witness accounts or video evidence captured via CCTV or Dashcam.
A police spokesman said: "If anyone has information relating to this crime, it should be reported to Thames Valley Police or to the independent charity Crimestoppers, a service which allows anonymous reports, ensuring calls are not traced or recorded and no court attendance will be necessary."
