POLICE are investigating a burglary after jewellery was taken from a house.
Thames Valley Police received a report of a burglary between November 27 and 4.45pm on November 30.
Offenders entered a property on Ardwell Close forcing their way through the patio doors and stealing jewellery.
The Priority Crime Team urged witnesses: "We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, has CCTV/Doorbell video or Dashcam recordings of the area during the relevant time, or who may have information to report it to Thames valley Police either on line or by calling our 24-hour enquiry centre on 101, quoting reference 43230538905".
Police have also issued advice to residents to prevent burglaries this winter.
The force advises: "At this time of year with early dark evenings, it is recommended that you utilise timer switches or smart light devices so that lights come on in your absence and your home appears occupied, also ensure doors and windows are secured whenever your home is left unoccupied, ensure that side gates are also closed and secured.
"Burglars love to find properties that they don’t actually have to break into, and can either simply walk into and readily reach or climb into."
