A Berkshire fisherman has caught an almost record-breaking giant fish at a country park in Wokingham.
After being released into the fishing lake in 1991, the carp has grown to a massive 68lb 1oz and is currently the biggest of its kind in the UK.
The monster carp is just 3lbs short of the British record.
The fish is thought to be have been growing at a rate of four to five lbs per year over the last six years.
It has been returned to Dinton Pastures Fish Lake where they hope it will set a new record in the next year.
