Locals to Bracknell have been dusty off their hiking boots and walking sticks and have taken to the great outdoors.
Getting outside and being around nature is proven to have extraordinary benefits for one's mental health, and Bracknell Forest Council has congratulated members of the public for taking this opportunity to 'walk for their wellbeing.'
In a recent post to social media, the local authority released a Facebook status to express their gratitude for those who have attended their wellbeing walks.
A spokesperson for Bracknell Forest Council has said the following:
"It's fantastic to see some of our residents enjoying the local green spaces, getting some exercise, and connecting with others. All walking, talking and noticing the amazing green spaces.
"Don't forget, our Walks for Wellbeing are every Tuesday and Thursday.
"The full timetable with walk times and meeting points is on the Bracknell Forest public health website."
