A PAIR of 12-foot-tall terracotta statue heads of the late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip have been listed for sale on Facebook marketplace in Windsor.
The huge heads were created by a Royal mad pensioner originally for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012.
They stand tall at around 12ft, double the size of OAP Ben Bennett who lives in Windsor in a grand house full of art and an eclectic mix of treasures he has amassed over the years.
Speaking to the Sun, Mr Bennett said: "When children get out of the car and go and stand next to the heads they automatically stand up to attention as if they’re next to the real royals.
“It makes me smile. All sorts of people come by and stop and I am sure they will on Coronation day.
“I have been offered £25,000 for each head but they’re eating nothing and they look brilliant. I used to have two giant horses but I sold those."
The heads are now being listed on Facebook Marketplace for £2,000.
The advert reads: "Made for the Queens Diamong Jubilee at a cost of 25k. They have been in national papers and shown on TV numerous times.
"Great for turning heads and advertising. Mounted on a frame so we can lift onto a trailer or suitable vehicle. Open to sensible offers."
