CONCERNED residents have spotted what has been called a ‘worrying’ amount of white foam in the lakes at Dinton Pastures.
The foaming substance appears to have gathered in the Black Swan Lake in the heart of the country park.
Pictures show that it is gathering near the edge of the lake and on the shore.
A spokesperson from Wokingham Borough Council has stated that they do not believe that it is anything to be worried about.
Foam appearing in the water is believed to be caused by the wind interacting with the water and is supposedly safe.
The News has contacted the Environmental Agency for more information.
