Changes to a project to build more than 100 homes in a newly established commuter village in the area have been approved.
The village of Arborfield is well-placed for people who drive to get to Reading, Wokingham and Bracknell.
As such, the village has seen a great deal of growth, with hundreds of homes either constructed or in the process of being built in Arborfield.
Now one of the developers has won permission to make changes to its portion of the development.
Elsewhere in the area, progress is being made on the Coopers Hill site near Bracknell town centre, where the council has partnered with a developer to deliver 52 homes.

Changes to 135 homes in Arborfield approved (Wokingham app 240542)
Crest Nicholson, one of the developers in charge of the massive Arborfield Garrison development, has won approval to adapt its project for 135 homes.
The changes involve adapting the design and layout of detached homes and providing additional garages from those approved by Wokingham Borough Council in October last year.
Of the 135 homes, 62 will have three bedrooms, 26 will have two bedrooms and 11 will have five bedrooms. nine two-bed apartments would also be provided.
The homes are being provided as part of Parcel O2 of the Arborfield Garrison Major Development.
Demolition of remaining house at sealed-off site approved (Wokingham app 240036)
The demolition of the remaining house at a sealed-off site in the village of Knowl Hill has been approved.
A developer has won consent to build a sizeable four-bedroom home in its place.
An approved CGI for the new home shows it coming with two sizeable ground floor extensions and dormers providing more space on the first floor.
The site is located in Canhurst Lane, off the Bath Road in Knowl Hill, opposite The New Inn.
Coopers Hill development nears completion (Bracknell apps 23/00154/COND and 23/00155/COND)
The Coopers Hill development that replaced the old Youth and Community Centre is nearing completion.
Most of the 52 homes have been built by the Bracknell Forest Cambium Partnership, between the council and developers Countryside.
Bracknell Forest Council's planning department recently approved landscaping and external light siting details for the project.
Changes to stables conversion into home plan approved (23/00753/FUL)
Changes have been made to a project to convert a stables building into a five-bedroom at a rural location in Winkfield.
The project at a home in Winkfield Lane converts the stables to create a new home on the site.
The developers won consent from the council to change the entrance, establish new gates and more on April 4.
