A brand new burger joint is coming to Bracknell and Wokingham much to the delight of many of the locals.
Having previously worked at top quality restaurants like The Fat Duck and The Hand and Flowers, Chris Murray along with other fellow foodies is opening up The Burger Society.
Formerly known as Bear's Burgers, The Burger Society will serve delicious gourmet burgers and fully loaded fries from a street food stall.
They will be at the Bracknell Indoor market on the 4th May at Easthampstead works and are available for private hire and any events.
Mr Murray said: "We create gourmet burgers that offer something a little different. Our beef is locally sourced and aged 40 days to really enhance flavour.
"We also serve chicken burgers which we marinade in spiced buttermilk and then fry in our secret recipe of herbs and spices.
"We also make our own vegan burger so we offer something for everyone."
Along with their burgers, The Burger Society will also be serving gourmet fully loaded fries smothered in brisket or their house made rarebit cheese sauce with crispy onions.
Since news of the new burger joint adding to Bracknell and Wokingham's eateries broke out, many have been expressing their excitement on social media.
Along with a detailed description of all the tasty treats The Burger Society has to offer, Mr Murray posted a number of photos of the new burger joint.
These included one of the new burger stall with it's fancy new logo and a sneak peak of the menu.
He also posted a picture of the The Burger Society's very own juicy gourmet burgers.
Mr Murray also revealed that the Burger Society will also be offering the public gluten free options.
Mr Murray said: "Only the buns contain gluten on the menu, we can easily switch these out as we make our own buns so we always have some gf ones on stand by.
Bracknell Indie Indoor Market will take place on May 4 at East Hampstead Works.
Each month the market takes place to celebrate much loved local independents, whether that be those selling arts and crafts or delicious food.
The market is from 10 am to 3 pm and guests are invited to come along and take part some shopping for gifts, treats, accessories, and much more from local businesses.
Celebrating some of the best of Bracknell, the Indie Indoor Market welcomes cherished local creators and makers alongside some new and upcoming independents.
