A man has been ordered to pay over £2,000 in costs and fines after getting stopped by police while drink-driving.
Pavlo Paziuk, 37, of Evedon, Bracknell, was stopped in Ascot on March 16, 2024.
He was tested by officers, and the proportion of alcohol in his breath was found to be 91 micrograms to 100 millilitres.
He appeared before Reading Magistrates' Court on April 2, where he pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while above the legal drink-drive limit.
Magistrates banned Paziuk from driving for two years.
In addition, he has been ordered to pay a £1,384 fine, a £554 victim surcharge and £85 in court costs.
In total, the defendant will have to pay out £2,023.
