A man has been fined after admitting to smashing in a disabled access gate at a gym.
Tom Southall, 42, from Wheatley in Bracknell, destroyed a disabled access gate to the value of £1,079 at the Absolutely Fitness gym.
He pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal damage in connection with the incident, which occurred on November 9 last year.
At Reading Magistrates' Court on May 9 this year, Southall was fined £120.
He was also ordered to pay £200 in compensation to the gym, and £85 in prosecution costs to the court.
