A brand-new food service at a pub in Bracknell has just received a new hygiene rating.

Lost in Sauce, a Bracknell based wing specialist who offers wings, boneless and vegan options of the highest quality, has been awarded a five star rating.

This was after a routine inspection on Wednesday May 29 when Public Protection Partnership visited the establishment to check out the standard of cleanliness at the food service.

When the routine inspection was over, the Public Protection Partnership awarded the independent wing specialists with a five star rating - the highest rating for hygiene.

In a recent post to social media, the Public Protection Partnership wrote a statement congratulating the team at Lost in Sauce for providing such a safe workspace and keeping cleanliness to a high standard.
