A Thames Valley Air Ambulance was spotted on the grounds at the Wokingham and Embrook football club earlier today.
Multiple Woodley and Wokingham residents spotted the helicopter overhead at around 11:30am this morning (12/6).
Volunteers from the air ambulance were seen exiting the helicopter onto the field after it touched down.
Local photographer, Chris Cook, captured pictures of the air ambulance as it landed.
One Woodley resident said: “It was hovering for a while over the houses in Wokingham. It looks like it was either going in the direction of the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading or the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford."
It is not yet clear why the air ambulance was in Wokingham today.
