A man has been spared jail after being caught driving with cocaine and cannabis in the car.
Shane King, 30, of Marbull Way, Warfield, drove at Bracknell on March 7 while disqualified - and without insurance.
After being pulled over, police requested that he provide a breath specimen for testing.
King refused - and cannabis and cocaine were subsequently found by officers in his car.
At Slough Magistrates' Court on April 10, he pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, possessing Class A and B drugs, and failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
Magistrates jailed King for 20 weeks, suspended for 20 months.
As part of the terms of his sentence, he must complete up to 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
King must also carry out 25 days of rehabilitation activities, and has been ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £154 victim surcharge.
His driving licence has been endorsed.
