Windlesham Parish Council have recently congratulated three key members of the community for winning special awards.
A spokesperson for the council revealed how everyone was delighted to present awards to three outstanding community members at the Windlesham Village Committee meeting.
Moira, Sally and Fiona, who couldn't attend their recent Community Reception, have shown exceptional dedication and hard work.
The spokesperson for the council said the following with regard to the three women:
"Please join us in celebrating their contributions!
"Moira Nairn- In recognition of her dedication to the historical assets register for Windlesham, and the invaluable research identifying historical memorials requiring restoration in Windlesham.
"Sally Clark - In recognition of the remarkable work she has carried out on the historical assets register for Windlesham. Sally has been researching and writing local history articles for 12 years.
"Fiona Burlinson - For her many years of hard work editing the Windlesham Magazine."
