A Vauxhall driver who seriously injured a man while driving dangerously will have to wait until August to learn of his fate.
The sentencing hearing for Paul Donnelly - a 35-year-old from Chertsey in Surrey - was due today (June 21) at Reading Crown Court.
The defendant was involved in a rush-hour collision in London Road, Ascot, on October 19, 2022.
The crash involved three vehicles, and prompted an emergency response from the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service and Surrey Fire and Rescue.
Donnelly has pleaded guilty to a charge of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Today, Judge Amjad Nawaz told Donnelly that sentencing was being delayed until August 2.
