A popular independent café has recently revealed that they will be opening a brand new outside area. 

Brown Bag café at 5 Alexandra Court is currently undergoing renovation to add a patio seating space for people to enjoy.

The area will serve as the perfect meet up spot for a coffee and cake in the sun. 

Wokingham Borough Council recently posted on social media and revealed how excited they are about the new patio space. 

A spokesperson for the council said the following message on the matter, giving their praise to the successful independent and reminding the public of their rave reviews.

The spokesperson said the following: "We’re getting EXCITED as work is well underway on the new Brown Bag café space, with what's set to be a lovely outdoor patio space to relax on as well

"It’s great to see this incredibly popular independent business expanding with a brand-new venture right next to their existing café in Wokingham town centre

"With Tripadvisor reviews including ‘best flat white I’ve ever had’, ‘consistently brilliant experience’ and ‘lovely’ we can’t wait to hear more about their new offer and are sure it will be just as big a success."

The Brown Bag café serves a huge selection of hot and cold drinks that have become hugely popular with regulars. 

These include milkshakes, smoothies, fresh juices, lattes, hot chocolates, americanos, cappuccinos, and much more. 

They also serve up a delicious range of food. Some favourites are their delectable selection of sandwiches and breakfast pastries.
