A 58-year-old man has been charged with rape and other sexual offences in relation to incidents that occurred over a period of 6 years.

The suspected incidents, which included two counts of rape, three counts of sexual assault, one count of sexual activity with a child, one count of assault by penetration, one count of attempted sexual assault and one count of voyeurism reportedly occurred between August 2014 and July 2020.

Thames Valley Police stated that these charges occurred in Banbury.

Derek Harcourt, 58, formerly of Wokingham Road was charged postal requisition and will appear at Reading Magistrates Court on Wednesday, July 17.
