A teenager, who was rushed to hospital following a car crash in Bracknell, has tragically died.
The incident occurred at around 1:18am on Sunday, July 21 near the junction of Crowthorne Road and Forresters Way on Nine Mile Ride when a Vauxhall Corsa and a Mercedes E Class collided.
A passenger in the Corsa was also rushed to hospital with serious injuries, alongside a further passenger who suffered minor injuries.
The driver and passengers in the Mercedes all suffered minor injuries and have been released from hospital.
Thames Valley Police have issued an urgent appeal for witnesses of the fatal incident.
Investigating officer PC Jamie Payne of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this difficult time.
“We are asking anyone who may have been driving in the area and may have dash cam footage of the collision to please upload it to our online portal page. Or if you have witness information please call 101 quoting reference 43240346351.”
The next of kin of the car crash victim has been informed and is being supported by Thames Valley Police.
