A running group in Bracknell has congratulated its junior members on attending a planned event to promote health and vitality.
Bracknell's Junior Parkrun celebrated a colossal turnout for their running event on Sunday, August 4 with almost one hundred and fifty young attendees strapping on their trainers and getting active.
A spokesperson for Bracknell's Junior Parkrun posted several pictures of the numerous budding runners who took part in the event along with a few lines of thanks.
They said that it was wonderful to see everyone who attended take part and especially gave special thanks for the amount of new timers who joined them.
The spokesperson wrote the following caption:
"Wonderful to see all 140 of you and a huge welcome to all our first timers !
"Thank you to our magnificent volunteers who made this all possible.
"Results are published so we will see you all next week!"
