An exciting new business will soon be hitting the social scene in Wokingham.

A brand-new social hub is set to open its doors in the heart of Wokingham town centre at The Plaza on Denmark Street.

DEN 42 is a highly anticipated venue which promises a unique and vibrant experience for the community, offering a blend of entertainment, food, and drink unlike anything in the town currently.

DEN 42 is an independently owned venue that brings together interactive games, classic and craft beers, and delicious food in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

With four shuffleboards, four interactive dart systems, and an array of free-to-use board games for all customers, DEN 42 is designed to be a spot for fun and relaxation.

A spokesperson for the social hub said "Our mission is to utilise Wokingham’s largest pub venue to create a social hub where community members can enjoy interactive games, fantastic food and drinks, live music, and a variety of events.

"We are committed to supporting and collaborating with independent suppliers, musicians, artists, and local businesses. We proudly back independent suppliers, musicians, artists, and businesses."

DEN 42 also strives to offer a safe, fun, and respectful space for everyone and aims to create a fresh and modern atmosphere that redefines previous perceptions of the unit.

The social hub runs in partnership with Siren Craft Brew. A modern brewery based in Berkshire, Siren Craft Brew creates flavour-forward beers designed to excite and intrigue.

Their philosophy centres around making the best beer possible, using top-quality ingredients and innovative brewing techniques.

The hub will also include delicious food from SoBe Burger. Serving Miami-style smash burgers with the perfect juicy-to-crispy ratio, SoBe Burger is all about bringing people together in a laid-back, no-judgment atmosphere.

Join DEN 42 on August 31st from 12 pm for our grand opening event. The first 42 customers will receive a free burger from SoBe Burger, a complimentary pint of Siren Craft Brew (or a soft drink for those under 18), and a game voucher for shuffleboard or interactive darts redeemable after the launch event so everyone has an equal opportunity to play on the day.

Their interactive dart systems and shuffleboards will be available for online booking after launch, with walk-in bookings also welcome.

Events DEN 42 will host a variety of events including quiz nights, comedy shows, karaoke, live bands, and DJ performances.

The social hub space is also readily available for corporate bookings, parties, meetings, and remote working upon request.
