Investigations into an incident of illegal fly-tipping are ongoing after a large tipper load of building material was dumped on a lane in Bracknell.

The Public Protection Partnership was called on Thursday, August 8 after a member of the public spotted the pile of rubbish on Wellers Lane.

The fly-tipping included breeze blocking materials and roofing materials, as well as households food waste and dirty nappies.

According to authorities, the vehicle entered Wellers Lane from the Frost Folley End and travelled towards Westhatch Lane.

The tip occurred between 8pm on August 7 to 6am on August 8.

The Public Protection Partnership said: “If you have any dash cam footage of a large tipper travelling along Maidenhead Road Warfield or in the Moss End area last night, please get in touch.”

Fly-tipping is illegal dumping of waste and is monitored by both police and the Public Protection Partnership.

It is harmful to the environment and can be dangerous to anyone who comes in contact with it.

Those found guilty can face fines and/or a prison sentence.
