The owners of an independent toys and gift shop has announced that it will be closing its doors on social media.
Located on 27 High Street, Little Wishes is a quaint business selling a host of toys and gifts for all occasions and ages.
After opening 15 years ago, it has been a favourite among residents within the local community looking for gifts.
A sign spotted outside the store said: “We are closing mid September after 15 years on the high street. Thank you for your support.”
An Ascot resident and loyal customer announced the news on a local community group on social media.
They said: “Super sad to see that Little Wishes is closing. I promised the owner of the shop I would post a social for her to reach out to all the locals… Everything is currently 50% off at the moment but she will be dropping the prices lower over the coming weeks.
“If anyone is looking for gifts between now and Christmas please think of this shop, they still have lots of gifts left to sell and I’m sure she would appreciate the sale.”
