A range of wellbeing courses will be available for adults this autumn, with courses designed to help residents relax and restore both mind and body.
The courses, provided by Bracknell Forest Adult and Community Learning, are based at Bracknell Open Centre.
Courses include watercolour painting, yoga, cake decorating, air dry clay, and art journalling, as well as a course on 'providing spa time for the mind.'
Cllr Roy Bailey, executive member for children, young people and learning, said: "The autumn term is the ideal time to try something new and consider improving health and wellbeing as we head into the winter months.
"Community learning provides that opportunity.
"Prioritising wellbeing has never been so important, and I would encourage residents to look at the range of courses on offer."
