A popular café in Wokingham town centre has just opened a brand-new food stop next door to its thriving business. 

The Brown Bag, which is situated at 5 Alexandra Court, has recently opened a new unit next to its original café that will serve customers healthy meals for lunch and breakfast times. 

Dubbed Brown Bag Natural, the new food stop offers fresh salads, smoothies and other healthy bites in their new unit next to their current café in Wokingham. 

Located in the heart of the town centre, Brown Bag is a coffee shop serving a host of light snacks, hot and cold drinks, and a relaxing atmosphere.

This comes as the eatery recently opened a brand-new sun patio space outside their café for customers to enjoy the warmer weather. 

Currently offering a comfortable indoor seating area, the café added an outdoor space for those wishing to dine al fresco.

Wokingham Borough Council expressed their excitement at the new refurb at the independent business, and have now issued a statement relating to the new Brown Bag Natural.

A spokesperson for the council said: "DELIGHTED to see the Brown Bag natural expansion

"They'll be doing fresh salads, smoothies and other healthy bites, in their new unit, next to their current café in Wokingham

"Great to have this unit filled, which we rent to them."
