A TAKEAWAY in Great Hollands Square Shopping Centre in Bracknell has been awarded a rating of '3' in its latest food hygiene inspection.
Amoy Chinese Takeaway, located in Great Hollands Square in Bracknell, was recently visited by a team from the Food Standards Agency.
After the inspection, the Chinese takeaway was given a rating of ‘3 – Generally Satisfactory.’
The inspection, which was carried out on July 29, 2024, evaluated the takeaway’s overall hygiene standards and food practices.
The business achieved a ‘generally satisfactory’ rating in all areas.
This includes the takeaway’s food handling, including preparation, cooking, reheating, cooling, and storage, building condition and cleanliness, and its management of food safety.
The inspector found some evidence that staff know about food safety and were generally satisfied with the cleanliness and condition of the facilities in the building, which includes having the proper layout, ventilation, hand washing facilities and pest control.
Food hygiene rating scheme explained
