A 24-year-old man appeared in Reading Magistrates Court where he was charged with multiple offences in Bracknell and Finchampstead.
Jamie Drablow, 24, of Kenilworth Road in Farnborough was arrested in connection with incidents between April and August 2024.
These included four counts each of driving without a license, driving without insurance, disqualified driving, three counts of aggravated vehicle taking without consent and one count each of; theft of a motor vehicle, fraud by false representation and handling stolen goods.
Drablow has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Reading Crown Court on October 7.
