One of the UK’s most renowned Michelin star chefs is set to return to Royal Ascot in 2025.
It has been confirmed that Tom Shepherd, renowned for his Lichfield-based restaurant, Upstairs, will return for a second year as head chef in the Sandringham.
Shepherd will present a unique menu in the stunning orangery-inspired restaurant which is located in the Royal Enclosure.
Nestled in a sunny corner of Lavender Courtyard, it is just a short stroll from the trackside and beautiful Royal Enclosure Gardens.
This is one of Royal Ascot’s most desirable hospitality areas – hosting to the rich and famous.
Tom will once again be presenting a stunning four-course signature menu, or alternatively guests can choose to enjoy dishes from chefs stations.
Bookings for the Sandringham at Royal Ascot 2025 start at £1,140 per person and bookings are now available.
