The former Loch Fyne restaurant and pub in Winkfield is on the market for £1.5 million.
The property, which is prominently located at the junction of the A332 and Lovel Lane, is equidistant from Windsor, Egham, Sunningdale, and Bracknell.
The detached building, dating back to the 1950s, is arranged over two floors with a conservatory extension to the side and single floor extensions to the rear.
The ground floor includes a bar servery and dining area, capable of seating over 100 patrons.
It also houses a trade kitchen, prep and storage areas, and a beer cellar.
The first floor comprises four bedrooms, a private bathroom, and an office.
The building also includes a large car park with over 30 spaces, on-street parking, and external seating for around 50 people.
The property retains most of the fixtures, fittings, furniture, and equipment from the former Loch Fyne restaurant.
However, the Loch Fyne name and anything unique to the brand will be excluded from the sale.
The pub licence allows for the sale of alcohol from Monday to Sunday, 10am to midnight, with no sale of alcohol after 11pm in the external customer seating area.
The property is not listed but lies within the Metropolitan Green Belt under the jurisdiction of Bracknell Forest Council.
The former restaurant's last day of trading was Wednesday, May 24.
The business is now closed and the windows have been secured.
